My Story

IMG_2508.HEIC

I earned my Master’s in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from NYU in 2015, and since then, I’ve been lucky to work with so many incredible kids and families. I’ve had the opportunity to support preschoolers and young adolescents with a wide range of developmental delays and disorders, and over time, I’ve found my passion in working with children who have complex communication needs.

I specialize in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and truly believe in strength-based, relationship-driven work—building on what makes each child light up and connecting through moments that feel real and joyful.

Lately, I’ve also grown deeply interested in feeding therapy. I use the Get Permission Approach because it aligns with what I value: supporting kids and their families in a way that feels respectful, responsive, and attuned to their pace.

I’ve trained in Hanen Approach, Floortime, DTTC for childhood apraxia of speech, and I’m especially passionate about helping children with complex communication profiles develop their literacy skills—it’s something I care about deeply.
